  • QUALIFIED TO WORK WITH CLIENTS POST ORTHOPEDIC INJURY (I underwent double full knee replacement, and have a teen that had hip reconstruction surgery-I have a unique perspective)
  • NOVICE ATHLETES OF ANY LEVEL and ANY AGE (I've trained for open water ocean races, spinning events, 5ks, etc.)
  • A VARIETY OF MEDITATION Modalities for both adults and children are also available. Workshops, local classes and online personal sessions designed for YOU.
